Accept failure & learn effective techniques to overcome it
*SET BACK*
🔹 If you fall, you got two choice... You get up or stay there
Karoly Takacs wanted to win Olympic gold medal in shooting in 1940 olympics but he lost right hand in accident, his dream in 1938. He did not give up, but find a way by practicing with left hand. He became best shooter again in one year but Olympic was cancelled for 8 years due to World War II. But he didn't lose hope, concentrated and keep going for 8 years. In 1948, At the age of 38 year, the man with one hand won the Olympic gold medal. He was not ready to rest after the victory and won again in 1952.
🔹 If you had never failed, it means you had never taken any risk.
▪️ Steve Jobs left job from mobile company and created Apple company
▪️ Walt Disney was fired from animation company and created Mickey Mouse and Disney World.
🔹 Remember... All above example had one common thing, they failed inspite of hard work so friends don't think of failure in your ongoing task.
*In short...* Defeat is state of mind, no one is ever defeated until defeat has been accepted in reality.
🔴 *How to overcome from the set back?*
❇️ Accept failure

Some setbacks are small, having minimum impact but big set back can make you feel the world is crumbling. No one is immune to setback during pathway to goal. Accept it and by doing this you can start the process of transformation.

❇️ Face it
🔹 If you want to cry, CRY as it decreases stress and feel good. Remember... Children cry after fall so stress decreases and they smile immediately.
🔹We want to run away from the situation as we will be curse by relatives and friends. Face it, don't run away.
🔹 Exploring the way forward is much better than trying to blame someone or something for a setback that is irreversible.
🔹 Accept responsibility for your failure. When you accept responsibility for your goal, you are simply identifying the areas where you can improve. Remember... Life best lesson are learned at worst times and from worst mistakes.
🔹 Yes.. I failed in this work not in the life.
*In short...* Every great achiever had failed in their life at least once in their life.
❇️ Get away from the situation

Just as we need time to heal our major wound similarly we need to allow ourselves time to overcome major setback. Also give yourself love
It is hard to bounce back if you are not able to forgive yourself.
▪️ Try to get away from the situation
▪️ Take a short vacation if possible
▪️ Do something thing that will make you happy
▪️Ask yourself how would behave if your best friend was facing similar failure (If you would be kind to your friend, why you can't be kind to yourself ).
▪️Always practice gratitude whenever you feel low in life.
.... Prepare yourself to achieve your next goal
*In short...* Sometime you just need to get away from everything and have little time for yourself
❇️ Ask brutually honest question

🔹If you feel that your goal is not yours or difficult for you, don't be afraid and shy to abandon it.
🔹 You are never late to set another goal
At the age of 6 year, Colonel Sander father passed away. He left school in class 7th and went to work at farmland. At age of 16, he joined Army and at age of 18, he joined Railway. He tried multiple job till age of 40 year. He started chicken business but collapse due to World War II. He tried to sell his recipe after World War but it was rejected for 1009 times. But He pursue his dream and ultimately started KFC. Now it is history.
🔹 Also we learn from above biography that we should try to make most of it from whatever you got like he got chicken recipe at age of 40 year.
🔹 If you don't want to change your dream or want to give one more chance..
▪️Ask few more questions as you are asking to best friend
# If I continues to do what I do, will I get the result I want
# Is this how successful students doing
This are serious question which need to be answer and write all the points on a paper which need to be implemented in future task.
*In short...* Start everyday with new hope, leave bad memories behind and have faith for better tomorrow
❇️ Reboot and restart

Suppose you achieve what you dream, you will be happy for ever. Answer is NO. Why we should became sad for long time? Life must go on and you must set another goal or try one more time....
🔹 Don't wait for things in your life to change before you feel better. Just don't stand back, take action and your feeling will change.
🔹 Make a list of strength and weakness
🔹 Develop a plan to build on what you're good
🔹 Find mentor who can sort your weakness. If you failed due to lack of knowledge or skills, take help of mentor or learn new additional skills.
🔹 Do it differently now.
Winners don't do different things, they do differently. Whatever you thought or written in note book, start implementing.
🔹 Realize that nothing worth will come easily.
The price of success is hard work, dedication and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task.
*In short...* Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong enough
❇️ Set realistic short term goal

🔹 Set short term goal
Even you are successful, it is always better to set short term goal
Example: You want to be cricketer, focus on playing for school team rather than thinking of playing for State team
🔹 Motivate to work hard
Convience yourself to work hard as planned by considering weak and strong point. If you are good batsman, focus on it and weak in bowling, avoid it. You can also develop Wicket keeping if you feel that you cannot be selected only on batting skill.
🔹 Review action as well as progress
🔹 Once achieved (Selected for school team) .... Set another goal. Now work hard for District team selection.
🔹 Sky is limit
*In short...* Your failure must be motivation not excuse. Place them under your feet & use them as a stepping stone
❇️ Review the progress if failed to achieve short term goal
🔹 Review the effort if you are not selected for school team
🔹 If efforts are poor, motivate yourself to work hard as you get what you work for not what you dream for.
🔹If efforts are good,
▪️ Take help of mentor to understand where are you going wrong?
▪️ Encourage yourself to change technique.
🔹 Always reconsider the goal if you are not getting result in spite of hard work
*In short...* Be not afraid of growing slowly, be afraid of standing still
