Fear of failure; steps to overcome it

FEAR OF FAILURE
Do you know when you started walking, maybe around 1 year. When you had started walking without support, you had fallen a lot of times but never feared failure hence you had learned that most difficult skill.
๐Ÿ”น Fear is normal human emotions like joy, stress or anxiety. But fear is one strong emotion which creates doubt on own ability ultimately stall the progress
๐Ÿ”น Fear occurs in response to situation occurring in the present (Seeing Dog) or in anticipation of future (If I don't qualify for MPSC )
๐Ÿ”น Everyone experiences fear of failure in their life, but how you tackle the issue will determine your success
 *In short...* There is one thing that makes dreams impossible, the fear of failure.

Symptoms are body language, if you reevaluate your daily life....
๐Ÿ”น Headache
๐Ÿ”น Sleep disturbances
๐Ÿ”น Want to run away from situation
๐Ÿ”น Intense feeling of panic
๐Ÿ”น Feeling helpless
       .... You are suffering from fear of failure
 *Remember...* The greatest barrier to success is the fear of failure.

๐Ÿ”ด *How to overcome the fear of failure?*
❇️ Be aware of fear
      ---------------------------
๐Ÿ”น Awareness of the problem is the first step towards solution 
๐Ÿ”น Again self talk is important, Whether it's real or physical or imaginary means psychological 
Example : If you are giving a speech for the first time, real fear is speaking in front of a tiger and imaginary fear is speaking in front of students.
๐Ÿ”น If it is real, do something immediately 
๐Ÿ”น If it is imaginary, write it down.
❇️ Put it under microscope

Microscope means see minute things large. Maximum students keep on thinking, but it will never solve the problem. Say STOP to your self talk and think logically.

Knowing yourself is an important part of success and happiness. It takes time to know yourself.
# If possible, write a journal about your daily life in a short. 
# Whenever you get free time (around 15 days), evaluate yourself. 
# Whenever you evaluate yourself, pay attention to the things that make you uncomfortable. 
# Divide all these things into two sections. Internal which consists of your parents, value, attitude or emotional reaction and External which consists of friends, neighbors, relatives, society.
# Always choose internal sphere over external sphere

# How will you think if your friend fails to achieve target 
๐Ÿ”น Remove negativity 
# Avoid friends and relatives who always speak negative about you.
# Always welcome constructive criticism by your near and dear ones 
 *Remember...* Maximum people spent time on thinking about themselves, no one cares about others

You need to free yourself from the endless loop of the worst scenario loop.

# Sometimes we can choose half win, half failure like doing BDS instead of MBBS
# Even I can choose another field like fashion designing
